At 5:32 p.m. on Monday, the National Weather Service issued an updated flash flood warning in effect until 7:30 p.m. for Allegany County."At 5:32 p.m., Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall a mounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area.
