Flood advisory affecting Orange County Sunday night triggered by substantial rain

On Sunday at 7:23 p.m. a flood advisory was released by the National Weather Service in effect until 9:15 p.m. for Orange County.The weather service informs, "Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected."
