About 90 Pacific Gas and Electric customers in San Francisco’s Castro District were still without power on Saturday after a small outage struck a stretch of Market Street on Friday. Traffic signals could be inoperable in the outage area, which included most of the 2200 block of Market Street an d the blocks between Noe and Sanchez streets and from 15th to 16th streets, according to the San Francisco Department of Emergency Management. PGE crews discovered damaged equipment after responding to the outage and were working to restore power by Saturday evening, according to PGE’s online outage map.
