The roar of engines and the thrill of competition return this summer as the Arcola National Truck Tractor Pull kicks off July 9–11, 2026, at Branning Park in Arcola, IN. As one of the region’s most anticipated motorsports traditions, the event once again brings together elite pullers, passi onate fans, and a community atmosphere that has made Arcola a premier stop on the NTPA circuit. Gates will open at 5 p.m. and the pulls will begin at 7 p.m. each night. Tickets can be purchased on-site–Thursday Ages 13 Older are $14, Friday Saturday they are $18. Children 6-12 are $5 each night while ages 5 and under are free. Thursday night a weekend pass can be purchased for $36. The 2026 event promises three nights of top-tier competition, family-friendly entertainment, and the unmistakable energy that has defined the Arcola Pull for over seven decades. Spectators can expect a lineup of nationally recognized competitors, powerful machines, and an electric environment that draws fans from across Indiana and beyond. The Arcola National Truck and Tractor Pull operated exclusively as a fundraiser for the Arcola Volunteer Fire Department which provided fire EMS coverage to the area from 1954 through 2023. Starting in 2024 the Pull began to benefit Lake Township in a variety of ways. There are no paid staff on AVFD Inc., nor for this event, and over 300 volunteers gather each year to make this beloved event possible. Arcola Volunteer Fire Department Inc. (AVFD Inc.) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit entity that formerly provided emergency fire services in Lake Township, Indiana. While it retains its historical name and fire department designation, AVFD Inc. no longer functions as an emergency response provider. All active fire protection and emergency services are now under the jurisdiction of the West Central Fire Protection District.
