A San Jose motorcyclist who was involved in a collision last week succumbed to his injuries and died, police said Wednesday. On June 22 just before 2 p.m., a collision involving a motorcycle and a vehicle occurred in the 1000 block of North 10th Street. According to investigators, a Toyota Tun dra pickup truck being driven by a man was going north on North 10th Street and attempting a left turn into a business parking lot when it was struck by a man on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle who had been going south. The motorcyclist was taken to a hospital where he was eventually stabilized, but on Wednesday police were notified that he died from his injuries.
