Police are looking for answers after two puppies were left along a road in Chester County, Pennsylvania. According to Pennsylvania State Police, two unknown individuals left two four-month-old puppies along Clay Creek Road, just north of Garden Station Road in London Grove Township, on June 30 b etween 8:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. Witnesses saw the puppies being abandoned, according to investigators. The two suspects were last seen fleeing northbound on Clay Creek Road in a small to medium-sized blue or gray SUV, believed to be a Subaru, investigators said. The puppies were evaluated and taken to Lucky Dawg Animal Rescue.
