On Wednesday at 9:14 p.m. an updated severe thunderstorm warning was released by the National Weather Service in effect until 9:30 p.m. for Jefferson and Lewis counties.Wind gusts of up to 60 mph and penny-sized hail (0.75 inches) are anticipated.
