River Walk Restaurant, Dorrego’s, Offers Independence Day Menu Special       The River Walk Restaurant, Dorrego’s, inside Hotel Valencia Riverwalk, part of Valencia Hotel Collection, will offer an Independence Day menu special in celebration of the nation’s 250th birthday.  Executive Chef Mark Scheck is offering an 8-ounce, 12-hour slow-cooked sliced brisket sandwich with pickled onions and chipotle barbecue sauce on a buttery brioche bun, served with a side of jalapeño macaroni and cheese for a special price of $15. In addition, Dorrego’s is offering one complimentary margarita on the rocks with each sandwich meal purchase. This Independence Day special will be offered from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, July 4th.     Independence Day Parade on Houston This holiday menu special coincides with the City of San Antonio’s Stars Stripes on Houston Independence Day Parade, commemorating America’s 250th birthday on Saturday, July 4.
