ore details are emerging on Ardēre Braceria Italiana, the new Italian concept from the restaurant group behind Chama Gaúcha and J-Prime Steakhouse. While the upcoming eatery has been mostly hush-hush, it has slowly been leaking a few teasers of the interior and fare via its newsletter and social media channels. One thing’s for sure: it won’t be Olive Garden. The decor renderings are in an autumnal palette, mixing in touches like ‘70s-style bucket chairs with Platner-style tables for a vibe that’s somewhere between Hollywood Regency and Dallas’ short-lived Playboy Club. Inexplicably, one mood board features a woman (in Bianca Jagger white) with a disco ball head. In other words, the place will be swanky, serving dishes like grilled octopus and burrata, when it opens in fall 2026.
