The National Weather Service issued an updated report at 2:54 a.m. on Wednesday for strong thunderstorms until 3:45 a.m. for Greene, Columbia, Ulster and Dutchess counties.Wind gusts of up to 40 mph and penny-sized hail (0.75 inches) are expected.
