San Francisco crews rescued a person and two dogs from a residential building fire in the city’s Mission District early Tuesday morning before bringing it under control, fire officials said. The San Francisco Fire Department first reported the one-alarm blaze around 11:10 p.m. Monday at a multi -family residential building in the 3600 block of 17th Street. Firefighters pulled an adult person and two dogs from the building. Paramedics treated them at the scene. All three victims are expected to recover, the department said.
