Applications opened June 29 and will be accepted through Aug. 3. Eligible projects include improvements to electrical, plumbing, mechanical, ventilation, fire safety and sanitation systems, as well as the installation of fixed commercial kitchen equipment. NORA said the investments are intended to create safe, functional and code-compliant kitchen spaces for shared use by food businesses.
