Maryland is continuing its moratorium on some new mental health providers in certain parts of the state. The pause encompasses new provider signups for Medicaid for psychiatric rehabilitation programs, partial hospital programs and intensive outpatient treatment programs related to mental he alth in ten jurisdictions including Baltimore.
