Heat advisory issued for parts of Upstate NY for Tuesday

On Monday at 1:14 p.m. a heat advisory was issued by the National Weather Service valid for Tuesday between noon and 8 p.m. for Jefferson, Lewis, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus and Allegany counties.The weather service informs, "Heat index values in the mid 90s expected."
