The U.S. Marshals Service of Philadelphia said Sunday that they arrested a man in Atlantic City who was wanted for a murder in Philadelphia’s University City neighborhood. Dameon Anderson, 44, had previously been publicly identified by law enforcement as a fugitive wanted for the the death of 26-year-old Savion Pollard-Poulson, who was shot and killed following a verbal altercation that occurred at the Market Grocery at the 4000 block of Market Street on April 6, 2026. Anderson was arrested near the beach on Kentucky Avenue on Sunday, police said.
