Léelo en español aquí The shooting happened on the 800 block of North Palm Street near Parrish Street in Philadelphia’s Mantua neighborhood on June 26, Inspector Pace said. When officers got to the scene, they said that a woman, a man and two children were inside a vehicle that was registered to a New Jersey address. Detectives believe they were lured to the address to participate in an online sale but when they got there they realized it was suspicious and tried to get away, according to Pace. As they started to leave, someone opened fire at the car, Pace said. The woman was hit by glass debris and the man was shot in the head, Pace explained. The children inside the car were not physically hurt. The man, who was riding as passenger in the car, was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital.
