CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A second teen has been been charged after a shooting at a west Charlotte apartment complex. It happened just before 10 Wednesday morning on Parker Drive, off Remount Road. 17-year-old Traymon Gilmore is charged with assault with a deadly weapon, discharging a weapon into occup ied property and felony conspiracy. On Thursday, we reported to you that his older brother, 19-year-old Jarrell Gilmore, is also charged. Warrants say the victim, Zion Henderson, was shot and needed surgery for a fractured thigh bone.
