Colts ready for training camp INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Colts’ training camp this year starts in July – and you’re invited! This year will be the last time the camp will be held at Westfield’s Grand Park. The Colts released their complete 2026 training camp schedule this week, and on Friday, Laura Overton, with Colts Production – and 5-time Mascot of the Year winner Blue – joined Daybreak to discuss the fun atmosphere planned for fans. Listen to the full interview above. “It’s such a fun time of the year. You can feel football season making its way back,” Overton said. The training camp has evolved beyond just football practice to become a family-friendly event with numerous activities. Organizers say camp gives people a unique opportunity for fans to engage with the team in a relaxed setting. “Now it’s become such a family atmosphere type of thing,” Overton said. The 13 open practices start Monday, July 29, and run until Aug. 20. The schedule culminates with joint practices against the Atlanta Falcons on Aug. 19 and Aug. 20, providing a chance to see the Colts compete against another NFL team. Beyond practices, the camp features “Colt City,” appearances from mascot Blue, cheer performances and activities where fans can participate in football drills. People will also have plenty of chances to get autographs, with players signing items and tossing footballs to fans after practice. Overton emphasized the unique connection fans can make with players during the camp. “It’s that opportunity where you get the helmet off,” Overton said. “This is where you really get to connect with them, you know, as people and get to have those experiences that just last forever.” General practices are free for fans. Primetime practices are $5 for fans 18-years-old and older and free for fans 17-years-old and under. Primetime practices include Aug. 1, 6, 8, 15, 19, and 20. This is the final year that Colts training camp will be at Grand Park in Westfield. In 2027, the training camp will be at the Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center.
