An investigation is underway, police said, after 26-year-old man was killed in a North Philly shooting on Thursday morning. According to police, officers responded to the 3000 block of North 26th Street in North Philly at about 9:25 a.m. on Thursday to find a 26-year-old man in the highway after he had been shot.
