Hawaii enforces registration for hemp retailers and distributors

The Hawaii Health Department will begin enforcing registration requirements for all retailers and distributors of manufactured hemp products on July 1, with non-registered businesses subject to fines, administrative penalties, product embargo, seizure and court-ordered injunctions.
