A deadly hit-and-run accident on Interstate 35E closed all lanes at Corinth Parkway heading northbound on Tuesday morning from 5 to 8 a.m. The “automobile vs. pedestrian” accident took place on the 4900 block of the interstate around 3 a.m., according to the Corinth Police Department. Police are asking witnesses to come forward; they’re also searching for surveillance footage from the area. Police are not saying anything about the people or cars involved. Emergency services responded to the scene.
