A 15-year-old boy has become the third suspect accused in a deadly October, 2025 shooting that left two teen boys dead and a man injured in Auburn Gresham, police said. The boy, who is not being identified because of his age, was cited in a juvenile petition with two felony counts of first-degree mu rder and one felony count of attempted first-degree murder, according to a statement from Chicago police.Police said the boy was identified as the third person who, on Oct. 22, 2025, shot and killed two teenage boys in Auburn Gresham along the 8100 block of South Marshfield Avenue.The victims, Dejavae Christopher, 16, and Tamarion Hakeen West, 17, were shot several times at about 8 a.m. that day inside an apartment building in Auburn Gresham, the Sun-Times previously reported.A 21-year-old man was also shot and seriously wounded in the same shooting, police said.
