I recently saw the news that the Honolulu Board of Water Supply (BWS) was going to Waianae to “rescue” residents from a large water main break. Citizens of Waianae and beyond, make sure you document with photos and video the land, sidewalks and property that BWS comes into contact with during th e repair.
