GOSHEN, IND. (WOWO) A Goshen Police officer is recovering from minor injuries after being struck by a vehicle during a late-night incident Saturday in Elkhart County. Authorities say the incident occurred during a response to a reported reckless vehicle gathering, and an investigation is now underwa y.
