SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Drivers can expect delays after a tractor trailer crashed on Interstate 664 on June 22 at the Monitor Merrimac Memorial Bridge Tunnel. The accident scene is now clear, but traffic is still backed up. As of 4:26 p.m., traffic was backed up for approximately six miles.
