Watch party organizers at San Pedro Square are preparing for the upcoming USMNT match in Santa Clara on July 1. The Mexico and USA matches each brought more than 25,000 fans to downtown San Jose, packing bars, restaurants and all three outdoor screens. Now, organizers are preparing for even b igger crowds and adding a fourth screen. “The goal is to have that approved and ready for next week, when Mexico plays on Wednesday,” San Jose Sports Authority Executive Director John Poch said.
