Beach hazards statement issued for Finger Lakes, Central NY until 2 a.m. Sunday

On Thursday at 3:57 a.m. a beach hazards statement was issued by the National Weather Service valid from 4 a.m. until Sunday 2 a.m. in effect until Sunday at 2 a.m. for Monroe, Wayne and Cayuga counties.The weather service informs, "Strong currents and dangerous swimming conditions expected."
