A Celebration of Creative Beginnings
Produced by Into The Sun Entertainment, First Timers explores the defining first experiences that shaped some of today’s most accomplished creators and innovators.
Among the featured participants are Academy Award-winning filmmaker Cameron Crowe, renowned contemporary artist Shepard Fairey, and celebrity cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Simon Ourian, whose careers transformed their respective industries through bold vision and unconventional paths.
Through intimate conversations, the series examines not only success but also the uncertainty, setbacks, and pivotal first opportunities that ultimately shaped these influential careers.
Each episode pairs emerging voices with established leaders, creating meaningful conversations about ambition, resilience, creativity, and personal transformation.
Spotlight on Innovation and Influence
One of the series’ featured conversations includes Dr. Simon Ourian, founder of Epione Beverly Hills and one of the most sought-after cosmetic dermatologists in the world.

The venue itself reflects the spirit of First Timers. Long regarded as one of Los Angeles’ most respected independent cinemas, the Royal Laemmle has introduced audiences to groundbreaking voices and emerging storytellers for generations.
Presented in Partnership with Clarins

The partnership reinforces a central theme of the project: that extraordinary accomplishments begin with a willingness to embrace new possibilities.
Yi Zhou’s Expanding Creative Vision
