A crash closed southbound lanes on the Platt Bridge in Southwest Philadelphia early Saturday morning. The crash occurred at Penrose Avenue by 26th Street around 4:30 a.m. Police vehicles blocked the entrance at the base of the bridge and shut down southbound lanes.
