Scattered storms in the Philly region Friday night, then a break in humidity
Jun 12, 2026
Late Friday afternoon and evening, thunderstorms could produce strong wind gusts as heat and humidity remain high in the Philadelphia region.
Saturday looks quieter and slightly less humid but temperatures will still warm into the low 90s with lots of sunshine. Another round of thunderstorms may
develop Sunday afternoon and some storms could become strong. We will watch its impact on World Cup fans for Sunday’s game at 7 p.m. Temperatures earlier in the day will reach between the upper 80s and low 90s with lower humidity. Monday brings a break from the unsettled pattern, with seasonable temperatures, lower humidity, and mostly dry skies. By Tuesday, moisture returns and scattered showers or thunderstorms are possible, although widespread severe weather is not expected at this time.
