4 PM WEATHER 6-12-26 INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Rain storm chances are creeping back into the weekend forecast.  FRIDAY NIGHT: Mostly clear, quiet, and comfy. Lows in the lower 60s and upper 50s. SATURDAY: Variab ly cloudy warm. Highs in the low to mid 80s.  While most areas should remain dry, there is a chance that a batch of rain storms could affect areas mainly SW of Indianapolis during the afternoon.  It’s a bit iffy so we’ll continue to watch the data trend.  The environment will be more favorable for activity in Illinois on Saturday but some could slip into Indiana.   SATURDAY NIGHT: Partly to mostly cloudy. Chance of showers and storms.  Lows in the 60s. We’ll be watching out for a potential storm complex that could approach from the west. There is still a chance that some could be gusty. SUNDAY: Partly to mostly cloudy. Scattered showers storms are possible with a passing cold front, especially during the first half of the the day.  Highs the 70s are expected.   NEXT WEEK: Monday is shaping up to be a really nice day with highs in the 70s and mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies.  The chance of additional showers and storms returns Tuesday afternoon.  Another bigger system could swing through Wednesday into Wednesday night and that needs to be watched since there will be a lot more wind energy in the atmosphere at that time.  ...read more read less
