Officials said a 28-year-old man has been hospitalized in critical condition after being struck by, what they called, a trailer on a “large commercial vehicle” that overturned in Wilmington, Delaware. According to officials, the incident happened at about 8:18 a.m., at the intersection of Ne w Bridge and Walkers Mill roads in Wilmington, as a large commercial vehicle exited the roadway and drove through a stone wall. Following the crash into the wall, as seen by NBC10’s SkyForce10, the commercial vehicle turned onto its side along the shoulder of the roadway. The victim, officials said, was struck by a trailer that was being towed by the commercial vehicle after he exited the commercial vehicle.
