LEXINGTON SC (WOLO) – Manmade Gourmet’s Love It or Chuck It: High Protein Street Corn Dip So one of the staples of dip and / or food trucks is street corn – you know, veggies, some heat, and of course cheese…This week Tyler and Crysty decided to see if they were ready to open their own tr uck.  The recipe has thousands of views and shares, so it must be pretty ok, right? Per usual, we tried to stick, as best we could, to the recipe that we found…did we Love it or Chuck it? There are only a few things you need for this one: 1 Cup Greek Yogurt 1 Cup Cottage Cheese 4 Oz Queso Fresco Cheese 4 Cheese Wedges 1 Lime 1 Poblano Pepper 1.5 Cop Onion 3 Garlic Cloves 1 TSP Chili Powder 1 TSP Smoked Paprika 1 TSP Avacado oil This week Tyler and Crysty decided to see if they were ready to open their own truck. How to make it:  On the stove soften onion, peppers, garlic and salt Mix the yogurt, and various cheese, along with spices Add in veggies and mix well Start dippin’ chips THIS is where the inspiration came from! https://www.instagram.com/reels/DTskGCmERuj/ Lessons learned: We didn’t use poblano peppers, but we could like to try it with them Use thick chips, as the dip is heavy, but super yummy!
