A club volleyball team in Carrollton is back in North Texas after a weekend in Ohio, where the girls dug in and served up a national championship. Girls aged 10 and under play on the team called Excel 10 Red Cam at Excel Volleyball Club. They were in Columbus, Ohio, last week for a 3-day tour nament and accomplished something special. Excel lost one set all weekend to earn a 9-and-0 record against teams from all over the U.S. and the title of national champions.
