A recent farmland auction in south-central Wisconsin demonstrated the continued strength of high-quality agricultural land values, with a 208-acre farm selling for nearly $22,000 per acre. The property, located about 15 miles south of Madison, sold in five tracts for a combined $4.55 million during an auction held in late April.
