The party’s nominations include: Beau Bayh for Secretary of State Coumba Kebe for State Treasurer The Indiana Republican Party is scheduled to hold its convention June 19–20 at the Grand Wayne Convention Center in Fort Wayne to select candidates for the same offices. Coumba Kebe nominated for State Treasurer Coumba Kebe, who currently resides in Noblesville, was nominated for State Treasurer. Kebe has a background in healthcare administration, including roles as a corporate compliance and training officer and director of field operations. Court filings and campaign releases note that Kebe has “managed complex logistics and multi-million-dollar budgets” throughout her career. She earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from Indiana University. During her convention address, Kebe emphasized issues including long Medicaid waiver lists and rural healthcare. She said, “At a time when so many Hoosiers are struggling to afford basic healthcare, childcare, housing, and the basic necessities of life, we cannot afford to lose sight of why we are here,” according to a campaign release. Beau Bayh nominated for Secretary of State Beau Bayh was selected as the Democratic candidate for Secretary of State. Bayh, an attorney based in Indianapolis, formally announced his campaign in October 2025. Bayh earned undergraduate and law degrees from Harvard University, including a degree in Government and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.
