Coumba Kebe nominated for State Treasurer Coumba Kebe, who currently resides in Noblesville, was nominated for State Treasurer. Kebe has a background in healthcare administration, including roles as a corporate compliance and training officer and director of field operations. Court filings and campaign releases note that Kebe has “managed complex logistics and multi-million-dollar budgets” throughout her career. She earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from Indiana University.
