A man was shot and killed at around 5 p.m. in the Tacony neighborhood of Northeast Philadelphia on Sunday, June 7, police said. The shooting occurred in the area of the 5198 block of Princeton Avenue at around 4:58 p.m., police said. When officers arrived at the scene, they found an adult man with multiple gunshot wounds. According to police, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene at 5:07 p.m. The crime scene is being held at this time and an investigation is ongoing. No suspects or arrests have been announced, and the victim’s identity is being withheld at this time.
