A teenager was shot on I-580 in Alameda County Saturday, the California Highway Patrol said. CHP said officers responded to the shooting on I-580, between Oakland and San Leandro, just before 2 a.m. After the incident, the victims exited the freeway and drove to the area of 150th and Freedom a venues, where they waited for emergency responders, according to authorities. The shooting injured a teenager, who was the passenger of the vehicle, CHP said.
