INDIANAPOLIS (WRTV) Citizens Energy Group is working to fix a major water service disruption on Indianapolis' northwest side.The utility company posted an alert on its website Friday. It said field employees have been sent to t he scene."Citizens is aware of a large water service disruption impacting the northwest side of Indianapolis," the company said.
