LINCOLN–(KFOR June 2)–Developers from Omaha are looking to build an 11-story, 140-foot high residential building in downtown Lincoln, that would go in on a portion of the block that once occupied the Gold’s Building off of 11th and “N” Streets. The develope rs are seeking tax increment financing to help pay for the $85-million to $90-million project. But it would take approval from the Planning Commission and the Lincoln City Council. The building’s lobby would include a number of amenities, like a pickleball court, pool, fitness center, lounge, golf simulator, dog park and 95 covered parking spaces.
