A husband and wife from San Mateo drowned at a waterfall in Kings Canyon National Park in the Sierra Nevada last week, according to officials. Parth Patel, 30, and his wife Dharti Patel, 29, drowned on May 25 at Roaring River Falls, according to the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office. Additional information regarding the drownings wasn’t immediately available.
