An updated report was issued from the National Weather Service on Sunday at 5:56 p.m. for thunderstorms and small hail until 9 p.m. for St. Lawrence, Franklin, Clinton and Essex counties.“We’re receiving numerous reports of hail up to a 0.5 inch size hail embedded within showers and thunderstorm s across northern New York and Vermont.
