Inclusions range from the local Texas High Plains Dry Blanc Bubbles and Still Dry Rosé to a Chilean Orange wine and a Dense and Peppery French red wine; there’s something for palette and preference.     “Doing Spring and Summer menus is so much fun because you can really lean into the fresher side of wines.
