Santa Rosa Police respond to car into ditch Friday morning A 15-year-old driver crashed into a ditch in Santa Rosa Friday morning. Police said he was under the influence of alcohol and didn’t have a license. Santa Rosa police responded to reports of a car that crashed into a ditch and hit a utility pole near Burbank Avenue and Liana Drive just after 9:30 a.m. Police said they found the sole occupant, a 15-year-old driver, to be under the influence of alcohol. The teen was taken to the hospital for medical clearance and released to his mother.
