Rounding out the top three was 431 Windermere Oaks West in Madisonville, a renovated luxury home built in 2007 that sold for $1,450,275. 5240 Prytania Street is an Eastlake Victorian-style residence with 4 bedrooms, 3½ bathrooms and 3,918 square feet of living space. The home is located between St. Charles Avenue and Magazine Street and near Audubon Park.
