City Urges Residents to Redirect Sump Discharge for Summer

During the warmer months of the year, it is time to redirect sump pump discharge to outside instead of a floor drain, bathtub or internal plumbing. Sump pump water should be discharged outside onto a hard surface, such as a driveway or paved area.
