The state’s Council on Revenues, which forecasts tax collections feeding Hawaii’s general fund, projects slightly more money will come in through June 30, 2027. The revenue total is expected to be $9.8 billion rather than $9.7 billion, giving Gov. Josh Green extra moolah to work with in scrutini zing line items on next year’s budget.
