HAMMON, Ind. (WRTV) Indiana State Police have canceled an AMBER Alert for a missing 6-month-old baby girl from Hammond.Devaeyah Lucas-Bell was last seen Thursday at 4:20 a.m. in Hammond, according to police. She was believed to be in danger and with suspect, Deandry Sabbs.Sabbs was driving a gray four-door Nissan sedan with unknown Illinois plates, police said.In an update, Indiana State Police said the infant was located safely, and Sabbs was taken into custody.Hammond is about 163 miles northwest of Indianapolis.Anyone with information should contact Hammond Police at 219-852-6357 or call 911. ...read more read less
