A lockdown was lifted at West Chicago Community High School on Tuesday, the suburban school's graduation day, after police deemed a phone threat to be unfounded.The school, at 326 Joliet St., went on lockdown around 11:40 a.m. after it received a call from someone saying they wanted to harm the buil ding, according to a statement from Community High School District 94.Police cleared the school and, during the investigation, found that a similar call from the same number had been placed to another school out of state, the school said.
