An 18-year-old has died after he was shot in an incident that occurred at a McDonald’s in Allentown on Friday, May 15, police said on Monday. The shooting occurred at approximately 9:10 p.m. at a McDonald’s located on Union Boulevard, police said. Initially, one victim was identified and he was expected to survive from his injuries. However, police announced on Monday that the victim died as a result of his injuries. Police have identified the victim as an 18-year-old, but they are withholding his name to respect his family’s privacy. Police did say that his time of death was 1:55 p.m. on Monday. The death has been ruled as a homicide and Allentown police are continuing to investigate the incident. But no arrests or suspects have been announced.
